About Sysarb
Sysarb is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in Pay Transparency and compensation analytics. We help HR and Total Rewards leaders across Europe build fair and transparent pay structures – an area that's only becoming more important as new regulations emerge and employee expectations rise.
We're now looking for a Product Marketer to own our communication with existing and potential customers – from in product marketing, webinars, newsletters, social media, and ongoing customer communications. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with an AI-first mindset and brings a high level of execution.
What you'll be responsible for
Webinars – planning, production, and follow-up of webinars for prospects and customers, in Swedish and English
Newsletter – own and develop Sysarb's newsletter across global and Swedish segments
Social media – ongoing content and campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Customer communications – in-app messages, product updates, and campaigns via Intercom or similar platforms
Content – support sales teams and partners with relevant marketing materials
We're looking for someone who
Is fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written – you write your copy with an AI-first approach
Has experience with Intercom or similar tools for customer communication and automation
Is AI-native in your workflow – you use AI (Claude) as a natural part of your day for research, copy, ideation, and production
Has previously built a newsletter setup for a SaaS company and understands what drives open rates, clicks, and conversion
Is comfortable working independently and used to driving projects from idea to delivery
Nice to have
Experience from HR tech, legaltech, or other complex B2B SaaS
Used to producing content for both enterprise buyers and end users
Experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platform
