Position Overview:
The Head of Experience at Sysarb is a strategic role that requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and operational excellence. You will be at the forefront of crafting extraordinary experiences for our clients, overseeing a multidisciplinary team including Product Owners, Designers, and Content Creators. Your mission will be to ensure that every interaction with our brand is insightful, engaging, and above all, fosters deep customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in B2B SaaS but also passionate about creating a seamless, end-to-end customer journey that resonates with our ethos of equity and fairness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the transformation of Sysarb's customer experience, ensuring it aligns with our core values and market positioning.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team from the ground up, dedicated to enhancing product, design, and content experiences.
- Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance the customer journey and drive deeper engagement with our platform.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, empowering them to champion fair pay within their organizations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the customer experience complements our product roadmap and market expansion goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and experience metrics to continuously refine our approach and exceed customer expectations.
- Remain abreast of the latest trends in experience design and customer success within the B2B SaaS sector, applying best practices to keep Sysarb at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or UX/CX, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven expertise in shaping customer experience strategies in the B2B SaaS space, with a portfolio that demonstrates a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrable leadership in building and managing teams with a customer experience focus, driving initiatives that foster customer retention and satisfaction.
- Adeptness in utilizing customer relationship and experience analytics platforms to inform strategy and decision-making.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt to a fast-evolving landscape and the initiative to take ownership of the customer experience domain.
- A strong record of conceptualizing and delivering customer experience innovations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: For this role, our salary is targeted at 60,000 to 80,000 SEK in base. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
