Mission
Your mission is to ensure successful, structured and high-quality implementations of the Sysarb platform for our global enterprise customers — enabling them to go live efficiently, with confidence and with the right foundations in place.
You will lead enterprise-level implementations that combine project leadership, Compensation & Benefits expertise and structured delivery. You act as the bridge between customer requirements and a fully implemented Sysarb solution — ensuring every implementation is delivered on time, with quality, and ready for long-term success.
Team
The Implementation Manager is part of Sysarb’s Customer Success organisation, one of the most central and cross-functional functions at the company.
Within Customer Success, roles are clearly defined: Key Account Managers focus on long-term adoption and value realisation, while the Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation phase leading up to go-live. This ensures a seamless customer journey built on strong ownership and clear accountability.
The Implementation team works closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Product and Tech to deliver professional, consistent and enterprise-ready implementations — from contract signature through to a successful go-live and handover.

Imagine:
Leading a global kickoff with a multinational organisation to plan the rollout of Sysarb across multiple countries
Partnering with senior HR and Rewards leaders to translate compensation structures, job architectures and policies into a robust system configuration
Coordinating internal teams to ensure data, configuration and timelines align for a smooth and successful go-live

Challenge
Lead enterprise-level implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met
Act as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation phase
Apply deep Compensation & Benefits expertise to guide customers through system setup and implementation decisions
Translate complex compensation structures, job frameworks and data into a scalable Sysarb configuration
Establish and drive clear project governance, including plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Sales and Customer Success
Ensure a structured and high-quality handover to the Adoption team after go-live
Contribute to building and improving Sysarb’s global implementation methodology, including templates, playbooks and frameworks
Support continuous improvement, standardisation and digitalisation of implementation flows
Who You Are
You’re part consultant, part project manager, part coach, domain expert, and a trusted partner to senior HR stakeholders — and 100% customer-obsessed.
With 5-10 years of experience in leading complex software or system implementations, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, especially within HR tech, SaaS, or Compensation & Benefits. You are comfortable navigating global, complex organisations, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.
You:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex software or system implementations, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or Compensation & Benefits
Bring deep Compensation & Benefits expertise within HR, with a proven ability to guide clients through the complexities of compensation structures, job architecture, and data configuration
Are highly skilled in managing global, complex organisations and senior stakeholders
Possess exceptional project management skills, with a structured and disciplined approach to overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Are an excellent communicator who can confidently and clearly explain complex topics to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build trust effortlessly across organisations — from HR leadership to operational teams, ensuring a smooth collaboration
Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up and documenting key decisions and milestones
Thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, where processes are constantly evolving, and you adapt with agility
You bring calm to complexity, structure to ambiguity, and credibility in every customer interaction.

HR tech, rewards or compensation systems

Change management or structured implementation frameworks

This role is based in Stockholm or Arboga, with a hybrid working model.
