Product Manager Role Overview – SaaS Product Development & Strategy

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Sysarb’s product direction and driving the delivery of compelling software solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Design, and Advisory—this role will define product strategy, prioritise features, and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements. You will champion the user experience at every stage of the product lifecycle and fuel our growth with your curiosity, creativity, and analytical thinking. The Product Manager reports directly to the CPO.

Key Responsibilities – Product Management & User-Centred Design

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Sysarb’s mission of workplace fairness and client success.
• Gather, analyse, and prioritise market intelligence, customer insights, and feedback to identify and validate opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to specify requirements and user stories, ensuring seamless communication between business, technical, and design teams.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration, measuring impact and learning quickly.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Client Delivery, and Technical Support to ensure high standards of reliability, usability, and performance.
• Monitor product analytics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion a user-centred, data-driven product culture and foster continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Support go-to-market strategies, including internal and external product communications, training, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with best practices and innovations in SaaS product management and workplace technology.

Qualifications and Experience – Product Management & SaaS Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within SaaS or B2B technology.
• Track record of leading the delivery of high-quality digital products in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Demonstrated skill in requirements gathering, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
• Experience working closely with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to draw actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Clear, concise communicator, confident in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages, especially Swedish, are advantageous but not mandatory.
