What the job is about:
As a Pay Transparency Delivery Manager you will play a central role in implementing new clients onto our platform, analyzing results from pay analyses, and implementing job architectures.
You will work closely with our clients to ensure they get the most out of our service and support them in their pursuit of a more equitable and efficient pay structure.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting clients in the implementation of job architectures, pay equity analyses and optimization of HR processes.
- Analyzing and presenting results from job architectures and pay equity analyses to clients.
- Supporting our clients in the communication strategy and shift towards more transparent pay structures in the workplace.
- Delivering client assignments with the highest quality and within the set timeframe.
- Providing expert support to clients within project management, HR structure, and HR processes.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and research within the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly customer service oriented, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Has an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Can handle a varying workload and thrives in an environment where the pace can shift.
- Has experience in delivering high-quality consultancy services, within timeframes and budget.
- Possesses knowledge in Pay Equity and Compensation & Benefits, and has experience in project management within HR.
- Is proactive, self-sufficient, and constantly seeks to develop and stay updated within their area of expertise
- Has a relevant bachelor degree and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- While this role is not a sales position, there are opportunities to contribute to business development through identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
