The role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic development team in Arboga. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission by developing and enhancing features that promote pay transparency and equity. The position is full-time and permanent, with a 6-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Implement responsive and user-friendly frontend components with Vue 3
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes
• Apply mathematical concepts to solve complex problems related to pay equity analysis

What we're looking for

Must-have qualifications:

• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience with Vue 3 for frontend development
• Strong foundation in mathematics, with the ability to apply mathematical reasoning to real-world problems
• Previous experience in a software development role within a company setting
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design
• Understanding of pay equity and HR tech solutions
